Authors may request cancellation before the review process begins.
Once the article enters peer review, cancellation may not be permitted.
After acceptance or publication, cancellation is strictly not allowed.
Requests must be sent via registered email with proper details.

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if cancellation is approved before review.
No refunds will be issued after peer review initiation.
No refunds after article acceptance or publication.
Transaction charges are non-refundable.

⚠️ Failed Transactions

If payment fails but amount is deducted, it will be auto-refunded by your bank within 5–7 working days.
